For Smart Options, is it normal to receive NBBO messages (iee. For TWO_SIDED_NBBO_SHORT) with zero bid and ask price?

This is expected and possible behavior for the feed and indicates that there is currently no market or NBBO for this option, this update indicates, there was a market, but now it’s been removed and NBBO is 0 x 0 at the moment.
