If you have similar suggestions on sizes of cluster for s3 and PostgreSQL connector cluster, please advise.

The streaming API doesn’t use an S3 connector, but rather uses custom consumers (one per topic) that write data to S3; each consumer uses 0.5 CPU and 2 GB of memory.
