How do I reset my password?

Fully activated accounts can reset their password by heading over to the login page at https://data.nasdaq.com/login and being redirected to the Okta login page. The Okta login page features a self-serve password reset functionality that can help you regain access to your account. Once you are viewing the Okta login page, please follow the on-screen instructions.

***Fully activated users may reset their password once every 24 hours.***

If your account requires a password reset and you are unable to request a new one, please see the troubleshooting steps below as you have most likely not completed activating your Okta account.

Issue 1: Your Okta account is pending activation.

Solution: You can use our login portal to request a new activation link sent to your email.

When you visit https://data.nasdaq.com/login, you will be prompted to enter your email. Our system conducts checks to see if activation is required. In this case, you will have the option to request an activation link.

Issue 2: Your Okta account has been sent an activation link, and is currently pending user interaction.
Solution: Locate the activation link sent to your email and access it. You will then be prompted to continue setting up your Okta account. Once you have done this, you will then be able to access your account.

Please note that it is required to have a fully-activated Okta account to access your Data Link account. This includes setting up your MFA method.
