I have a premium subscription but the data quality does not meet my expectations. What can I do?

If you are unhappy or not satisfied with our premium data, please
email us and provide specific examples of the issues you've encountered. We will then investigate these issues and work with our data partners to ensure that they are addressed. Please also mention if you would like to request a refund. Although, we cannot guarantee that we will issue any refunds, refund requests are carefully considered. Some of the things we'll take into account are the nature of your complaint, your API usage and your subscription history.
