How do I report errors in the data or documentation?

Data quality and accurate documentation is extremely important to us.

To report errors or make suggestions, please email us. When reporting errors, please tell us the exact error you're referring to. Please provide a screenshot, or provide the exact API call or code you were using when you spotted this error. This will help us investigate more efficiently.

If you are reporting errors for premium data which is provided by one of our data partners, we will do our best to work with our partners to address these errors. 

If you are reporting errors for free data, please note that free data providers often have limited resources when it comes to correcting errors. Therefore, correcting such errors may be more difficult or may take longer. Nevertheless, we will still do our best to investigate any errors reported by users.
